Service Terms and Conditions

The service is suitable for all ages. Minors must always be accompanied by a responsible adult, and boarding is not possible without them.

The service includes (per passenger):

  • Passenger insurance.
  • Boat insurance.
  • Qualified and responsible crew (skipper and sailor).
  • One drink on board.
  • One place on board to sit on deck.
  • Hired tour.
  • Access to the WC.

The provision of the service is conditioned to favorable weather conditions that guarantee the safety of the passengers.

There is a high probability of cetacean and dolphins sightings, but this cannot be guaranteed as they are wild animals living in their natural habitat.

Users who wish to can swim in the sea, if weather conditions allow it. Bathing at sea will be authorized by the Captain on board, who is responsible for ensuring the passengers safety both on board and in the water. Therefore, he will be the one to determine whether the sea conditions are suitable for such activity. Children wishing to swim must always be accompanied by a responsible adult. The crew will be vigilant for those passengers who decide to swim.

Access to cabins and private areas is restricted.

 

Booking and contracting for private groups:

The booking will be confirmed once 50% of the total sum for the service has been paid.

  • Cancellations due to reasons beyond the company’s control or adverse weather conditions: If the booking is cancelled by the client, the client may request a change to another date according to availability, informing the decision to cancel the services 48 hours before the date and time of the contracted service. After these 48 hours, the change of date will not be guaranteed. In no event the amount deposited as reservation will be refunded.
  • Cancellations by the company or due to adverse weather and sea conditions: In this case, a full refund of the amount paid will be provided.
  • Delay in boarding due to reasons beyond the control of the company or weather conditions: If the delay in boarding is caused by the client, it will be deducted from the contracted sailing time, and the timetable cannot be modified.
  • Delay caused by the company or due to maritime conditions: If the delay is beyond the client’s control, the delay will be added, and the client will not experience a reduction in their total contracted navigation time.

 

Booking and contracting for departures open to the general public:

  • Cancellations due to reasons beyond the company’s control or adverse weather conditions: If the client cancels their reservation for personal reasons, no refund will be provided. The client will be offered the option to reschedule for another departure time, subject to availability.
  • Cancellations by the company or due to adverse weather conditions: the total amount paid will be refunded.
  • Delayed boarding for reasons beyond the company’s control or due to weather conditions: If the client is not present at the moment of the contracted boarding, a change may be made to another departure (as long as there are places available), otherwise it will not be possible to change to another date and the amount paid will not be refunded.
  • Late boarding for reasons attributable to the company: In the event of a delay for over 40 minutes at boarding for reasons attributable to the company, the customer may change to another time or cancel their ticket and request a refund of the amount paid.
