If you are looking to escape the hustle of the coast and feel the true essence of the Mediterranean, the high seas route is your choice. Departing from Puerto Marina (Benalmádena), Captain Juan Carlos sets a southerly course, moving away from the shore in search of the serenity of open waters. On board our noble wooden sailing yacht, you will feel the coastline grow smaller, offering you a spectacular panoramic view of the entire shoreline that cannot be experienced on any other coastal route.
This 3 h route is designed for lovers of authentic sailing. Once we reach the point of greatest depth and tranquillity, the yacht will stop so you can enjoy an unforgettable swim in the open sea, surrounded by deep blue waters beneath the Costa del Sol sun. It is an intimate experience for up to 12 people, where time seems to stand still and the exclusivity of the boat becomes your private refuge in the middle of the ocean.
On the return journey you will enjoy the sea breeze with a drink in hand. As this is a private charter for your group, we will treat you to a bottle of cava. We also allow you to bring your own food or selection of snacks to enjoy on the way back to port, making this adventure an incomparable moment of luxury and relaxation. Optionally, you can personalise the trip by adding the Mediterranean Pack at the time of booking — an exclusive selection of snacks and local products at a fixed group price, designed to round off your voyage with a traditional aperitif.

Meeting point
We depart from Puerto Marina, in Benalmádena. You will find us at Dársena de Levante, C. Levante, Atraque 298, Benalmádena. We recommend arriving 15 minutes before departure.
What to bring
- Swimwear, towel and sun cream.
- A camera to capture the vastness of the coastline from the open sea.
- As we head out to sea, the movement of the boat may be greater: if you are not used to sailing, it is advisable to take sea sickness tablets (such as Stugeron) around 30 minutes before departure.
About the activity
- Crew languages: Spanish, English and French. The captain is bilingual Spanish-French and the sales manager is bilingual Spanish-English and speaks French.
- Pets: allowed, provided they do not compromise safety, under the supervision of their owner and at no extra charge.
- Capacity: up to 12 passengers, plus crew. All children and infants occupy a full passenger space as required by safety regulations.

Once you get out to the open sea the boat rocks quite a bit, so take a seasickness pill about half an hour before like they tell you, one of our friends didnt and regretted it for most of the trip. They also dont provide snorkel gear so bring your own if you want it. The sailing itself and the crew were excellent, so peaceful once youre out there.
Best thing we did on our whole trip. They take you right out to the open sea, no land in sight, and you drop anchor for a swim in deep water, which is a bit scary and amazing at the same time. You can see the entire Costa del Sol shrunk in the distance, unreal. The captain clearly knew what he was doing. The cava on the way back was the cherry on top.

Viajamos super confortables con mi familia, el paseo fue súper tranquilo, vimos muchos delfines y la tripulación súper simpática.
Un paseo muy agradable,hemos tenido suerte de ver varios delfines mulares alrededor del barco jugando con nosotros, la tripulación muy amable.

Cómo todos los años nos damos un paseo en este fantástico velero clásico. Un encanto Juan Carlos, su capitán. Hemos visto delfines y se hace corto una hora. Se agradece que nos den unos refrescos de forma totalmente gratuita. La tripulación de diez. Volveré como cada año.
Hoy hemos tenido la suerte de pasear en este increíble velero! Desde la contratación hasta el propio paseo ha sido de 10 el trato al cliente y la calidad del servicio! Sin duda repetiremos!!!!!
Aujourd'hui 26 septembre 2023, superbe balade au départ de 11h. Mer calme, 30°c, après un apéritif offert , au bout de 20 mn nous avons aperçu 4 dauphins. Pendant une dizaine de minutes. Ils nous ont même proposés de nous baigner. Forcément 1h ça passe vite , mais ce fut une belle balade depaysante.
Superbe experience. Le capitaine et son matelot parlent bien le français. Ils sont respectueux des dauphins. Nous en avons même vu tout près du bateau. Je recommande cette sortie en famille.
I had the great pleasure to do a trip on the Ocean Cruiser and I urge anyone looking to do a boat trip/charter to go on this vessel. The Ocean Cruiser has the proud heritage of having sailed twice round the world and has been on tv. This is a true classic yacht and to be able to share in this heritage for a 15€/20€ boat trip is incredible ! The owners are passionate about the sea and their customers and if you want a great day out, please book this yacht. The yacht is quality and the crew are quality. You can charter for yourself and crew or as a passenger with others. Saïd is the salesman who will sell you the ticket and the yacht is situated inside the Marina nearer to the Metro restaurant. Ask for Saïd ! Top guy ! 👍
Chaque année depuis 10 ans nous profitons d’un (ou de plusieurs 😁) tour(s) en bateau avec le capitaine Juan Carlos. Nous ne sommes jamais déçus!! Toujours agréable, il parle parfaitement le français et il a toujours des informations et des anecdotes intéressantes à nous donner sur la vie marine ou même la vie en Espagne…Le bateau est confortable et les dauphins viennent nous faire un petit coucou de temps en temps. Juan Carlos est très vigilant à la conservation de la nature, il ne chasse pas les dauphins mais il éteint son moteur et attend qu’ils viennent à lui naturellement: Nous en avons été témoins cet été 2022 alors que d’autres bateaux les pourchassaient en les terrifiant. Je le recommande vivement comme vous l’aurez compris et je lui dis: « à l’été prochain!! »😉
