The Ocean Cruiser offers the most romantic and exclusive setting on the Costa del Sol. By privately hiring this classic sailboat, you are not simply booking a boat trip; you are reserving a corner of peace and beauty where time seems to stand still.
Our crew, expert in this type of event, will maintain absolute discretion so that the surprise remains complete. We will sail gently, seeking the most favourable light of the sunset or a peaceful anchorage along the coast. The noble wood interior and the bow sun deck will become your private balcony over the Mediterranean. It is the ideal place to begin a new chapter, with the elegance that only a vessel steeped in history can provide.
Upon arrival, every detail will be carefully arranged. The service includes a complimentary bottle of cava and, if you wish, we can coordinate the music so that your favourite song plays at the precise moment. You will also enjoy a soft drink or sangria per person per hour of sailing to savour after the big moment, as we sail back to port. You are welcome to bring your own cake or snacks if you wish, within reasonable limits.

- Professional photography or video service, although we can recommend collaborators.
- Full catering on board, unless optional catering is arranged.

Important information
Meeting point
We depart from Puerto Marina, in Benalmádena. You will find us at Dársena de Levante, C. Levante, Atraque 298, Benalmádena. We recommend arriving about 15 minutes before the departure time to board calmly, so that your partner does not suspect the surprise.
What to bring
- Clothing that makes you feel special: the boat is a very photogenic setting.
- A light jacket if you are boarding at sunset, as temperatures drop at sea once the sun goes down.
- Any personal decorative details you wish to add: for private events, you can coordinate this with us in advance, within the normal scope and the contracted time.
About the activity
- Crew languages: Spanish, English and French.
- Capacity: private and exclusive hire for your group, of up to 12 people, although this service is usually enjoyed intimately as a couple, alongside the crew.
- Pets: permitted, as long as they do not cause disruption or compromise safety, under the owner’s supervision and at no extra charge.

Lovely idea and the wooden boat is gorgeous, but on our day there was hardly any wind so we motored most of the time which took away some of the magic you see in the photos. Also felt a bit short. Crew were kind and the cava was a nice touch, just left me wanting a bit more for the price.

Hi James, I understand. Wind is the one thing we cant control, and on flat days we have to motor to keep to the schedule, so it does look different from the photos. We cant promise sailing, but a breezy day is another story. Thanks for the honest feedback and congratulations to you both.
Beautiful and romantic setting for our engagement. Two tips, bring a jacket because it got chilly once the sun went down, and photography isnt included so we only have phone pics which I slightly regret. The boat itself is stunning and the skipper gave us lovely privacy for the moment.

Congratulations Rachel! You are spot on about the jacket, the temperature really does drop at sunset. Photography isnt included, but we can point you to photographers who know the boat if you ever want photos of a future celebration. So happy you had your private moment.
Proposed to my girlfriend at sunset on the boat and she said yes! The crew were so discreet, they had our song ready and played it right as I got down on one knee. We toasted with the cava and sailed back on cloud nine. Couldnt have asked for a better setting.

Viajamos super confortables con mi familia, el paseo fue súper tranquilo, vimos muchos delfines y la tripulación súper simpática.

Cómo todos los años nos damos un paseo en este fantástico velero clásico. Un encanto Juan Carlos, su capitán. Hemos visto delfines y se hace corto una hora. Se agradece que nos den unos refrescos de forma totalmente gratuita. La tripulación de diez. Volveré como cada año.
Hoy hemos tenido la suerte de pasear en este increíble velero! Desde la contratación hasta el propio paseo ha sido de 10 el trato al cliente y la calidad del servicio! Sin duda repetiremos!!!!!
Aujourd'hui 26 septembre 2023, superbe balade au départ de 11h. Mer calme, 30°c, après un apéritif offert , au bout de 20 mn nous avons aperçu 4 dauphins. Pendant une dizaine de minutes. Ils nous ont même proposés de nous baigner. Forcément 1h ça passe vite , mais ce fut une belle balade depaysante.
Superbe experience. Le capitaine et son matelot parlent bien le français. Ils sont respectueux des dauphins. Nous en avons même vu tout près du bateau. Je recommande cette sortie en famille.
I had the great pleasure to do a trip on the Ocean Cruiser and I urge anyone looking to do a boat trip/charter to go on this vessel. The Ocean Cruiser has the proud heritage of having sailed twice round the world and has been on tv. This is a true classic yacht and to be able to share in this heritage for a 15€/20€ boat trip is incredible ! The owners are passionate about the sea and their customers and if you want a great day out, please book this yacht. The yacht is quality and the crew are quality. You can charter for yourself and crew or as a passenger with others. Saïd is the salesman who will sell you the ticket and the yacht is situated inside the Marina nearer to the Metro restaurant. Ask for Saïd ! Top guy ! 👍
Chaque année depuis 10 ans nous profitons d’un (ou de plusieurs 😁) tour(s) en bateau avec le capitaine Juan Carlos. Nous ne sommes jamais déçus!! Toujours agréable, il parle parfaitement le français et il a toujours des informations et des anecdotes intéressantes à nous donner sur la vie marine ou même la vie en Espagne…Le bateau est confortable et les dauphins viennent nous faire un petit coucou de temps en temps. Juan Carlos est très vigilant à la conservation de la nature, il ne chasse pas les dauphins mais il éteint son moteur et attend qu’ils viennent à lui naturellement: Nous en avons été témoins cet été 2022 alors que d’autres bateaux les pourchassaient en les terrifiant. Je le recommande vivement comme vous l’aurez compris et je lui dis: « à l’été prochain!! »😉
